Return policy
Our products are personalized and produced exclusively for each customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges , except in cases of defect or error in the order.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can evaluate the problem and find the best solution.
How to request a return
To report a problem with your order, please send an email to pixelpopuniverse@gmail.com , including:
- The order number
- Clear photos of the defect or error
- A brief description of the problem
After review, we will inform you of the next steps. If the return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for sending the item to our warehouse:

Exceptions
- We do not accept returns due to regret , as all products are made to order.
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 10 business days . If you do not receive your refund after 15 business days , please contact us at pixelpopuniverse@gmail.com .
